Tai Lake
Tai lake covers
an area of about 3 Acres, spring fed it holds good
Rainbow trout of 1lb to about 9lbs, Brown trout have
also been stocked during 2004, anglers are asked to
return all of these very carefully to the water until
further notice. Fir and deciduous trees cover 2 sides
of the lake providing shelter but leaving plenty of
space for fly fishing. Work was completed in the
early months of 2005 to improve the access for
disabled anglers at the dam end of the lake, by
providing parking at the waterside, and resurfacing
the dam area, this is a great asset to our members
with walking difficulties A small area will be
allocated to worm fishing for members only. Tai lake
is a sporting water, additional permit is required to
take fish
